Our trip to Glacier was a memorable one due to the ease of renting Amy's trailer. She was extremely responsive from my very first question and was a wealth of helpful information.
We choose to have Amy deliver the trailer to our camping spot and everything went smoothly...I absolutely loved this option as it took a ton of stress out of our vacation.
We are very grateful we got to use this RV. Amy was very easy to communicate with, and fast to respond with our messages. Having the RV delivered to camp made our experience that much more care free. The RV was very clean and fit our family of 6 very comfortably. We loved how spacious the fridge and freezer were. We would definitely recommend this RV for trips.
Amy and her husband, Bill were amazing people and very helpful. Their camper was very clean and had all the amenities listed l, plus several small extras that made our trip very enjoyable. Upon drop off, they gave suggestions for local areas to check out and made pickup very simple.
The camper was great. Very clean and exactly as advertised. However the owner was not very friendly to communicate with. She seemed as though she had a hard time renting out her camper, which maybe means they shouldn’t be renting it out. When returning the camper we had it reserved till 6:00pm that day, and was asked over the phone to give a time of return.
We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction after informing us you would not be returning the camper at the agreed upon time. As we explained prior to pick up, we had back-to-back rentals and politely requested a definitive return time to clean and prep the camper for the next renter.
