- Gray and Black tanks must be emptied and flushed with clean water before return unless you have arranged for us to do it. Water must run clear to be considered emptied and flushed.
- One well-behaved pet up to 30 lbs (max!) is allowed with prior approval and a pet deposit—no exceptions on size and number of dogs. Send a pet request and photo of your pup upon inquiry.
- Smoking of any kind, including vaping and e-cigarettes, inside the RV will result in forfeiture of entire damage deposit.
- Do not cook greasy or high odor foods, such as bacon, inside the RV as the odors are difficult to remove. The excessive cleaning fee will be assigned when there is substantial grease or residue.
- 30-amp generator is available upon request and for a $50 fee. Please message for availability.

We rented Shannon's RV to park on our family farm for a reunion, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The RV itself was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, especially the bed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Shannon was wonderful to work with: responsive, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend renting from her.

This was perfect for our trip to Clear Lake. We opted for delivery as we traveled from out of state. Shannon was so helpful and made the entire experience completely stress free. We had everything we needed and the mattress was so comfortable! Will definitely rent when we return next year.

My daughter and I rented this RV for a horse show in Mason City. Shannon dropped it off and set it up and then picked it up when we were done. It was super easy and it worked out well. Shannon was helpful, communicative and everything was as advertised. We will definitely rent from them again the next time we are in that part of Iowa.
Great camper. Wonderful communication. Easy pick up and drop off. Just my opinion, but we needed a bit more space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Had a great time regardless !
