Initial communication was good. Owners were not present for pickup but we are rv owners, so we were comfortable with this arrangement. The only thing that made us uncomfortable is that we could not complete the departure form because the owners had not filled it out correctly and the website would not let us sign and submit. The owners simply said that we would be fine without it.
Great little camper for our family vacation on lakeside property for us to stay in for extra room. Ron and Caryn did a great job with communicating and we appreciated the drop off and pick up service. Highly recommend!
Great little trailer for 2 adults. Ron and Caryn delivered it to Branch brook for us and it was set up and ready when we arrive. The A/C blows Ice cold, the kitchen is stocked and ready to go. Would book this trailer again or any trailer Ron and Caryn list as they were great host!
