For a 2020 this rig had several issues. The door does not latch to the screen door which is very inconvenient getting in and out and it also sticks and needs to be slammed. The fridge did not get very cold and the wire in it can get loose so there is a clip you haveto be sure doesn't get knocked off or it won't work at all. The exterior hose for water connecting had a leak.
Hi sorry you feel this way, I did address most of your concerns via RV share app and text messages, which you failed to respond to. Again the fridge is designed with that wire and I did make a modification to keep it in place. I showed it to you before your vacation even began. In your one RV share app message, you stated the fridge cooled just fine.

Kevin was more than accommodating. He brought and set up the camper as well as picked it up from our camping location. The camper was pristine and a great size for a family of four. I highly recommend this camper as well as the host.
Kevin was very easy to communicate with. Delivered and picked up with no issues. Setup camper at location after delivery. Camper was very clean and comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the experience.
