- The black tank, grey tank, sewer hose, and connectors must be emptied and flushed before it is returned. There will be a $50 dollar charge for each tank that needs to be emptied and flushed (cleaned)
- The gas tank and propane tank must be returned full. This will be charged based on current prices, how much is needed to fill the tanks PLUS a $50 fee.
- The RV must be returned clean inside and outside. A fee of $100-$300 may be added based on cleanliness.
- This RV may NOT be taken off road. Must stay on designated roads.
