Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Boondocking: Guests are not permitted to camp or park overnight in areas without designated and established facilities (often referred to as "boondocking" or "dry camping").
- No Towing: Our RV is not equipped or insured for towing purposes. Attaching trailers, vehicles, or any other items for towing is strictly prohibited during the rental period.
- Stay Within the Country: The RV is not allowed to be driven outside of the country's borders. Any international travel plans with our RV are strictly prohibited.
- No smoking allowed inside the RV. Violations may result in fees or loss of deposit. Safe travels!
The RV will be positioned either on the side or at the back of the house. It will be connected to water and power. Whenever the black and gray water tanks need emptying, the RV will be repositioned within the same property for drainage.
