The RV was in good condition overall. The rental value was fair. The kitchen and refrigerator were not clean when arrived and refrigerator had a bad smell, but it was gone when I cleaned it. When first open the RV it has a rare smell but a friend told us that it was normal and will go away after using the bathroom, all got cleared after 2 or 3 hours.
This is my second time renting with Brittany and Ryan. We are a family of 5 and it was spacious enough for 2 teenagers and a 8 yr old. The trailer is still awesome and will rent again.
Brittany was very helpful in answering all our questions the delivery was perfect and the Rv was very nice and everything worked well.
We absolutely loved the whole experience—the camper was pristine and perfect. We had everything we needed down to little details. Brittany and her husband were also so helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend, we hope to work with them again!
Brittany kept an open line of communication from the time I asked her about availability until the day of return. She is amazing to work with and the camper is awesome as well. I will definitely be using her again in the future.
