The RV was in good condition overall. The rental value was fair. The kitchen and refrigerator were not clean when arrived and refrigerator had a bad smell, but it was gone when I cleaned it. When first open the RV it has a rare smell but a friend told us that it was normal and w...

- No Private properties unless you have clear easy access and proper RV electrical hookups.
- Please leave the RV in the same state that you received it (clean floors/beds/dishes/bathroom) to avoid any cleaning fees. Linens can be tossed on the beds if you used them during your stay.
- No climbing on the roof.
