Great to work with. RV was exactly was profiled. Beds were comfy.
The camper itself was fine, but unfortunately there was a wind storm that rolled in suddenly & caused damage to the awning (out of our control). We thought this would be covered by the deductible, however it was not. We have been charged multiple times, in addition to the deductible, costing us nearly 3k for the weekend.
Overall, I would not recommend using RV Share in general.
Tiffany- that was certainly a rough experience. I’m empathic for your guys ordeal that is certainly not an ideal initial experience. It does seem the insurance/protection process could be more comprehensive for the renter in the event of uncontrollable events. Other than that you all took great care of my unit and were wonderful to work with.
Wonderful experience for our first time renting an RV! Will went above and beyond to make our trip as smooth as possible. The RV was very clean, everything worked properly, and the interior was very nice. We will definitely rent from Will again!
