Awesome trip. RV was as advertised. Jon was great communicating during pick up, deliver, and while we were on our trip if there were any questions.
THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. AND THE OWNER, JON, IS TRYING TO KEEP THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR NO REASON. I WAS RENTED A RV THAT WAS DROPPED OFF AT A HORSE SHOW IWTH NO PROPANE. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETELY READY FOR HABITATION. THE NIGHTS WERE IN THE 40'S. NO HOT WATER. NO WORKING STOVE. NOTHING. AND NOW TRYING TO RIP ME OFF. I AM A 70 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER.
I'm sorry you feel that way. The camper propane did run out and was refilled the next day, along with a service call for the electrical shortage due to the renter throwing the kitchen sink covers onto the wiring under the sink where it's not supposed to be. I DID NOT charge her for the $300 drop fee or pick up/teardown fee for the troubles.
Jon was great to work with for our recent camping trip. One of this things we liked best was that he was super responsive and flexible during the rental process. He took time to familiarize us with his camper when we got to his house and everything worked just fine.
This was a great experience! We had another camper bail on us at the last minute but Jon came in clutch! The unit was just as described and both pickup and drop-off were easy. We will not hesitate to rent from him again.
