It is expected that the rv will be returned broom swept. If exessive cleaning is required, you will be charged at the rate of $40 per hour plus the cost of any necessary cleaning supplies in addition to the standard cleaning and prep fee.

Sugar ants, tripped gfci, cranking batteries instead of deep cycle, non working outlets and tv's. This was not the experience we paid for and were very disappointed. Only spent 2 nights in the camper - first night froze, 2nd night ran generator at the RV Park since power wouldn't work or charge the house batteries which were the wrong type of batteries.
Sorry for your bad experience. I don’t understand all your complaints about the electrical system. Upon return we have gone over the system and everything is working fine, except for one of the televisions, which we are looking into. The batteries are fine and are only three months old. The generator is fine and charges the batteries.

Robert is very friendly and helpful! We are new to RV camping and he explained everything in detail! He offered if we needed anything that we could reach out. We did reach out and he was quick to respond! The RV was clean with so many items included to make our stay easy and comfortable. The A/C is cold! Which is a must for FL.
