Be careful with this rental. The owner is new with renting and looking to rip people off. The awning was broken before i used it yet he charged me for it. I didn't use the propane once yet he charged me for a refill. I dumped all tanked yet he charged me to dump them. The day before I was scheduled to pick it up he said I couldn't pick it up until 2 hours passed scheduled pickup time.
This review is unjust and unfair. This person damaged my rv and tried to hide the fact by returning it early. He returned my camper with a damaged awning and did not empty the black tanks. I'm not a crook or a scammer, I do a complete walk around with everyone and answer every question they may have! This person didn't have to use my rv if he thought I was trying to scam him.
Phillip was great, he was so thorough, explained everything in detail, walked us through how to set up and use the camper, even gave us pointers on which gears to use while driving to Cow Creek South. His camper came fully equipped with everyone one could need to go camping, cooking utensils, pots and pans, flashlights, batteries, I mean he had it stocked with everything one could need.
