Rolando was great!!! Worked around our schedule both dropping off and picking up. Great communicator throughout our entire stay. Trailer was cleaned and stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for our Thanksgiving in the woods.
Our experience was good from start to finish. The unit was in great condition and well stocked and the owners could not have been more helpful!
Rolando and his wife were great to rent from. They welcomed us with a gift for the kids and communicated throughout to make sure things were good and even accommodated an early pickup so we could get to our trip sooner. Great trailer, everything works well, and Rolando made sure we knew how to use all of the features. Definitely recommend renting from him and we will again soon!
