- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Do not walk/sit on the roof
- RV must be returned with the same amount of gas received at pick up. If dump fee is not prepaid you are required to return with black tank empty. If returned w/ full tank there will be a 200.00 fee
- Trips to Ginnie Springs or Suwanee river state park will be charged a $300 cleaning fee upon return. Failure to disclose will result if forfeiting of security deposit
If dump fee is not prepaid you are required to return with black/grey tanks empty. If returned without empty tanks there will be a 200.00 dumping fee added at the end of your rental.
