Just a little camper for a small family or a couple of adults as the beds are not that big. The listing says 4.5 people can sleep, but the official book for the RV says 6 people can sleep in it, it is just really snug. There is a small coffee maker, some cups, utensils, bowls, and plates. We have reverse osmosis installed for drinking water.

Everything was great and would rent again!
Communication could be better! Took several days for a response and communication regarding pick up and drop off time! I wanted to change the times and asked in the beginning for a earlier pick up and later drop off time, before purchasing the rental and was charged extra for the later drop off!
