We want to welcome you to our beautiful 2020 Heartland Pioneer Toy Hauler. It is a 28ft, 30amp full hook up travel trailer, but we will offer you to use our converter if only 50amp spots are available at the location you are staying at. We have made great memories in our camper, but since we aren’t able to use it as much, we want other people to create the memories we have enjoyed so much.

- NO SMOKING- If smoking of any kind occur in the camper, we reserve the right to forfeit the entire security deposit
- Pets- - if you bring your pet please supervise them at all times. The renters are responsible for any damages done by your pet. We ask the pets stay off of the furniture to avoid damages .
- Keys- If the keys are lost or damaged there will be a $50.00 fee collected from security deposit.
- Damages- Any interior or outdoor damage will be 100% the responsibility of the renters, could result in forfeit of all security deposit plus any extra money it would take to fix issues caused by rente
- Cleaning- Camper must be cleaned before you depart. We supply all cleaning products. If it is not cleaned we can charge additional $75.00 cleaning fee.
