- Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking in the unit will result in an immediate $400 smoke removal fee.
- You must allow us 1 hour prior to the given checkout time to unhook and remove the unit from the campground. Example; If checkout time is 11:00 we ask you to be packed up by 10:00.
- A starter set of RV rated toilet tissue, etc will be provided . ( bring your on beach towels ) If you are planning an extended stay you should plan to purchase extra supplies.
- We are not responsible for items left in the unit. We will return lost items at the renters expense.

Bradley and Tena really made our experience top notch. They were incredible helpful and their communication was amazing. They responded quickly to any messages and were very helpful with anything we asked. We have rented several campers and these guys are by far the best we have rented from yet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and were so fortunate to have rented this RV from Bradley and Tena. From the time we arrived, and they showed us every aspect of their RV to when we departed - it was a great experience.
