She was so accommodating on pickup and delivery to work around my schedule. And she was very patient in explaining everything as I was a first timer in an RV!! Hope to use her again:)
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking and No pets of any kind. Owner is allergic to pet dander.
- Every evening the awning is retracted to avoid any damages that may be caused by weather. To replace the awning is estimated at $1,500, so is better to be safe and close the awning.
- DO NOT put toilet paper in toilet, place in bathroom waste basket. This will avoid any clogged pipes or backup that may result from the toilet paper getting stuck in the tank.
- BBQ - make sure to clean it by leaving a coat of oil on the flat top. Then put a piece of wax paper over the flat top to keep from rusting. You will find supplies in pantry.
- Use filtered water for the Keurig Coffee Maker. There are some coffee k-cups and coffee-mate cream in the pantry for your use should you have not purchased any for your use.
Our camper does not have a generator, but we can supply a generator for your use if requested.
