Rental Rules
- Pet-friendly

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No Smoking. This is a non-smoking unit. If smoke is detected after stay, a non-refundable $500 cleaning fee will be enforced.
- Dump Fee: Black/grey water tanks must be emptied prior to return (unless pre-paid) or $100 fee will be enforced.
- If pick-up is needed prior to 11:00am, a $15 fee is assessed. If unit is returned after 3:00 pm, a $15 fee is assessed. If unit is returned after 5:00 pm an additional night rate is applied.
- Delivery Location Change: If delivery services are requested and delivery location is changed within 7 days of reservation, a $75 fee is assessed.
- Unauthorized Pet: If pets are brought on a reservation without owner consent, or the RV requires additional cleaning/repairs due to the pet, an additional $200 fee will be assessed.

Tara and Daniel were the most gracious hosts!! Pick up was a breeze, and Daniel walked through each area of the camper with us to make sure we knew exactly how everything operated. We had a question during our trip and Daniel responded immediately to my husband with assistance. The camper itself was very clean, had all the essentials for the week, and was the perfect size for our family of 5.
Just as advertised. Everything worked on the camper making it a great week on lake Texoma!!
