This was our family's first time renting an RV and Matthew's Bionic Gypsy Grand Design Reflection was perfect for us (2 adults; 2 young children; 1 dog). Matthew worked with us through all of our questions and thank goodness - he delivered and set up the camper for us! Prompt and communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.
Our rental experience with Matthew and Ashley was beyond 5 stars! I highly recommend renting from them. This RV was exactly as listed, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for this trip. Communication before, during, and after was consistently friendly and timely. They had the RV set-up and ready when we arrived and made the entire process feel seamless.
Matthew and Ashley were extradinary to work with - everything was just as communicated - they were kind enough to hang around while we had to find a camping location as it was 1st come 1st serve - I had a couple questions during the week and Matthew was very good at responding immediately. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a nice, clean and spacious camper.
