Super good. JJ was flexible, friendly, and available quickly anytime I had questions. RV was excellent - almost brand new, which means it had a few kinks that all new ones have given all the moving parts. None were material, but all were addressed by JJ and I'd assume they are addressed. I would (and will) take this RV out every time I make a roadtrip.
