- We believe a no-stress vacation makes a great adventure. We go above and beyond to facilitate that. Therefore, we expect open communication about your needs so that we can do our best to accommodate.
- We have a very busy rental season and occasionally the RV is returned with something broken. We may not have time to repair it before your trip but will do our best to notify you in advance.
- IF we are unable to repair non-essential items (awning, for example) and do not have a suitable substitute, we will refund if you choose to cancel if the RV condition is not acceptable to you.

We are very pleased to share our RV and hope you will enjoy the adventure as much as we do. We can recommend places to go and sites to see in the state of Maine but we do not make reservations for you. Part of the fun is in the planning!

What an amazing time we had with this RV! And honestly, it wasn’t even about the RV itself which was perfectly fine, but about Penney and Rick. We’ve had quite a bit of experience with hosts in the past, and they are without a doubt at the very top of our list. They are kind, generous, and truly wonderful people to be around.
Giovanni, Kelly, Oscar and Flora… we absolutely loved having you here with us. Your sweet family was, by far, the highlight of our summer. Flora, Chloe misses you as much as we do. Oscar, you still hold the highest score though many people have tried to beat it. Giovanni, I’m still making pizzas using your tips and Bob is still trying to master the belly roll (haha).
Rick and Penny's communication throughout this whole experience was excellent. They made it clear that if we needed anything, they they were available 24\7. We asked that they drop-off and pickup at a hotel near the airport and they were willing to accommodate us which worked out great. As far as customer services goes, they were amazing in this department.
Penney was quick to answer messages. Pick up was a breeze. This was our first rental experience and they walked through all the steps to take with the RV. The rig was clean and easy to manage camping. Would rent again.

We rented the RV for a 6 day trip to NC. We stayed at several campgrounds and even travelled by ferry with no issues. Penney was very accommodating and our 2 small children had a blast. We will definitely rent again!
