- No opening grey tank and black tank at the same time. Dump black tank first, then when closed, dump grey tank to flush sewer hose.
- Make sure water is connected and running before turning on water heater.
- Run either electric OR gas water heater. Do not run both heaters at the same time.
- Always use provided surge protector when hooked up to shore power.
- Always empty fresh tanks after finished boondocking.

Camper came with delivery and set up to my location. Generator was provided and it kept the camper cool in this Texas heat. Communication with the owner was easy, he was prompt to respond to my messages, and was patient with me when I had booking issues.
