- • Return trailer grey and black water tanks empty or you will be charged $60 (Dump fee is mandatory for all stationary rentals. No exceptions.)
- • Smoking or unauthorized pets in trailer will result in loss of deductible
- • Trailer returned in unsatisfactory condition will result in loss of deductible
- • Guests are expected to return the trailer clean and in the same condition as they received it
- • All rentals require power hookup or generator rental. If renter does not use generator or does not have a site with power, RV will not be rented
