Alicia was communicative and responsive and readily available when we reached out. The pick up experience was done with her folks who were wonderful and helpful. The RV was clean on the outside and very poorly equipped, 2 empty propane bottles, 1 scratched teflon pan and a soup pan with no lid, broken coffee maker with grounds from the last guest. No mug,no glasses .
Rented twice from Alicia in the past couple weeks. Each trip was a user friendly pick-up and drop-off with the flexibility I needed. Great overall experience. Thanks Alicia and I look forward to renting from you again in the future :)
