- If there is a mechanical failure or problem, renter should contact owner immediately and then call for roadside assistance. Renter shall not attempt to make repairs without direction of Good Sam Tech
- We do allow furry friends, but need to be preapproved by owner. There is a pet fee of $10 per night.
- No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle. Your entire security deposit will be retained to have RV professionally cleaned.
- Return time is 10AM. Adhering to scheduled time is critical for next renter. For those returning RV late, they will pay a late fee from their security deposit of $100 per hour.

Dale was great to deal with, he made sure we were prepared for our trip. He allowed us to see the RV before our trip when it was not in use and it worked for him, so we could better plan for our trip. He went through set-up, driving, and closing of the RV. He communicated great and was prompt. We appreciate everything he did for us.

Arriving to pickup the RV, Dale happily greeted us and gave thorough instructions on how to use the RV before we left.
