- RV must be returned empty. All clean water, gray water, and black water must be dumped, or you will incur a $120 dump fee.
- No smoking of any kind. If smoking outside of the RV, please use extreme caution not to allow the smell of the smoke to enter the RV. There will be a fee of $240 for smoke smell removal.
- No towing vehicles! Bicycles only. Bike rack is available upon request for $40 per trip.
- RV must be CLEAN when returned. Additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if not returned in the condition you got it.
