My advice on this rental is "buyer beware". On the list of amenities in the description of the unit it says it has a generator, but come to find out the generator is part of the "heavy camping package" for which you pay extra and which only becomes clear when you receive and read the Operations Manual.
The instructions are very clear. Margaret knew before picking up the RV she was not getting a generator. She did not voice any concerns. Instead, when she arrived for the RV pickup she asked about a generator. She was told it had not been ordered but it was available. Then, she was directly and specifically offered a generator. She declined.
Chris was so wonderful to work with,We had a great time, good gas milage, van was clean, easy to drive. comfortable, kids were able to stretch ot and enjoy movies. Best trip ever.
Chris was helpful in more ways than one. We needed the RV on a short notice due to a medical emergency and Chris was able to work with our needs. We asked for it right before night time and he worked with us late night to get it ready for us by morning. The RV was clean and beautiful but the experience was even better.
Rented this Rv for a long weekend trip to Nashville with another couple, and it didn’t disappoint! Having the bathroom for the trip was a game changer, not to mention the roomy, comfortable seating. Chris was very accommodating with pickup and drop off, and was readily available throughout this entire experience. Looking forward to renting from Chris again! Thanks again!
