First and foremost Jillian's communication throughout the process was easy and response time was quick. The camper was on the newer side and met my needs for the weekend. Some minor damages in the RV were noted and communicated to Jillian, and all was fine. The bigger issue was upon arrival to our site we had no working outlets in the camper.
