The RV was clean and accurately described with amenities. The owner was easy to communicate with, and both pickup and drop-off were easy. The only ding would be the cost of the insurance. Geez. We would rent again as it is still less than owning an RV. This was our 3rd time using RV Share.
Amazing service, great communication, amazing receive. RV was a little used but over all fantastic
RV was good but timing and communication was off. I think Emran might just be too busy. We agreed to meet at noon and when I arrived and called him, he said he would be there in 20 minutes. It took an hour to finally get on the road. Nice man but just too busy. Helper did not know much about the RV and it was hard to communicate with him.
Emran was a great host. Would happily rent again. He was available to answer any questions we had, provided a thorough walkthrough of all systems and functions before we headed out. RV worked perfectly. We had a blast. Thanks Emran!
