- Do not change water, septic, or electric hookup without consent of owner. We deliver and set up to make sure everything is done correctly so you don't have to worry about anything.
- Do not hang any items from awning. This includes lights or using it as a drying rack. This can damage the awning and could result in forfeiting the security deposit.
