This was our first rental, taking our two grandkids and son across country to our daughters wedding.
At pickup, we were shocked to see the cracked and melted side of the RV (not clearly pictured nor mentioned in add).
The tires were -20 pressure and the backup camera did not work.
The fridge was filthy.
We are sorry for you difficulties, the coach has never up to this point leaked. We will take necessary measures to correct any leaks.
Again we apologize and thank you for your feedback.
We were dry camping (no hook-ups) and forgot to bring extra charging options for our devices so we were dependent on the generator for charging stuff (and making a cup of coffee etc.) Unfortunately we couldn't get the generator to stay on for more than 20-30 minutes. It seemed to over-heat and then just shut off. Once it got hot it wouldn't start.
Tim was great! Very helpful, and got us on the road quick and prepared for fun. Would definitely rent from him again!
Tim was very quick to respond, he answered all our calls and questions, and everything on the RV was as shown in the listing. The RV ran well for our 6 hour drive. Thank you for giving us a good trip!
