I was disappointed with this RV and the rental experience. My point person was Bobby not Charity. Upon meeting up with Bobby (after waiting 20 minutes later than the agreed upon time) I made sure during the walk through to check for things mentioned in previous reviews, and unfortunately the issues were still present.
Had a great trip in this 2017 Travato despite a few hiccups. Stove/hot water not working due to LP (gas) issues. Luckily we were at a campground so made it work. As we were at a campground we did not use the generator or cabin batteries so can't speak to that, but hooking up electric (30 amp) and water with the provided connections was easy.
Easy to drive and park.
Did not take possesion of the RV due to a badly leaking faucet that would not shut off until the water tank pressure dropped. It's now over 2-weeks and still have not recieved a refund from either the owner or RVshare. It is now in the hands of the credit card company after filing a dispute of chrages.
We apologize that you had this experkence. Unfortunately, there will be issues with RVs that arise. We address them promptly when discovered. With regard to refund, we are not in control of that. RVshare handles the money. We don’t receive payment until after trip begins.
