Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- any evidence of pets and/or smoking, including odor, will result in lost of damage deposit, sewage dump must be accessible without moving camper or additional fee will be charged (min 75.00)
- mud and/or soil, inside or outside, will result in additional cleaning fee of $175.00
- If towing yourself, deposit amount must equal insurance deductible
- Awning is not to be left out overnight, when unattended, or when wind is greater than 7mph
- Sabine ATV Park-Sites must be located in A, thru H, with the exception of B-1, will not deliver to any other sites including B-1. Must have site reserved.
