Carley was very quick to respond to any and all questions. The RV was perfect for a family getaway, we are a family of 5 so the RV was perfect. Instructions were clear and concise. Even after we arrived at our location we messaged her with questions with immediate response and guidance. We only rented due to the reviews and were not dissapointed.
