- Deep cleaning Fee for any type of extensive cleaning. / Unauthorized Pet $375
- $1500 fee for smoking in RV (cigarette, pipe, cigar, vape, or drug fumes detected)
- $50 fee for septic black/grey tanks not dumped
- Only Rv approved toilet paper is to be flushed. No feminine products, paper towels, wipes or any other toilet paper. Doing so or clogging the black waste tank will result in Loss of Deposit.
