Rental Rules

- We are not responsible for campground reservations or fees. NO SMOKING $350 cleaning fee if evidence of smoking in the unit. Pets MUST have approval from us before allowing a pet in the RV for$50 fee
- Cleaning fee if the unit is returned in a state other than what it left in $50/hr fee 1hr min. Waste tanks must be returned empty or $150 extra cleaning fee. Report any damages immediately.
- Appliances: The A/C, awning, microwave, television, jacks, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to you.
- Awning: We discourage the usage of the exterior awning. This is for your protection they are at a minimum $500 to $3,000 to replace. They are a giant sail and can be damaged very easily.
- DRY CAMPING/BOONDOCKING Please let us know beforehand if this is what you are planning to do, there are additional items to be covered during the check out to ensure you are prepared.

RV was exactly as advertised. In good shape, clean, and contained kitchen items and linens etc.
Outside refrigerator hatch was really handy for drinks.
Josh did a great job of running through the use and operation of the unit before hand.
Only issue we had was water tank wouldn’t drain when we were readying to leave camp.
Everything went smoothly and I was happy with the rental. I was traveling by motorcycle so they supplied me with things I wouldn’t have had otherwise.
