Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No Tailgating / Festivals, , or climbing on roof. If RV is not returned full of fuel & propane, there is a $50 dollar fee plus propane & gas. Receipts will be provided.
- Driver MUST be 25 prefer Class A experience or a CDL license. Renter responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- Renter is responsible for checking & maintaining engine oil and coolant levels & tire pressures each day. Renters will be responsible for any cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage.
- Interior damage is not covered by any of the insurance policies. Any damage not covered by insurance is the sole responsibility of the renter. Any damage by pets additional repair charge will apply.
- We are happy for Guest to bring their pet (dog or cat limit 2) on their RV vacation with payment of a pet fee $75. We do ask that the RV is returned in its original condition.
