Trash left in camper from previous renters. Coffee filters but no coffee maker. Through no fault of my own, the camper tire blew while on the highway. This knocked out the water lines so no bathroom, shower or kitchen sink was able to be used. Fortunately no one was hurt. Looks ...

Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Do not smoke ANYTHING in our camper. If it smells like smoke you will not get your deposit back. No smoking, vaping, drug or tobacco use of any kind is permitted. No candles, scents, etc.
- Absolutely ZERO fish cleaning of any kind. Do not clean, vacuum seal, fillet, gut or cook fish inside the camper. If any type of fish/seafood is found by sight or smell, $600 cleaning fee.
- No pets. If there is evidence of pets it could forfeit your deposit.
- I don't expect you to deep clean the camper. But I will charge an additional $100 cleaning fee if it isn't returned in a decent manner.
- Not allowed to be used at tailgating events, music concerts, or festivals.
