Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Do not smoke ANYTHING in our camper. If it smells like smoke you will not get your deposit back. No smoking, vaping, drug or tobacco use of any kind is permitted. No candles, scents, etc.
- Absolutely ZERO fish cleaning of any kind. Do not clean, vacuum seal, fillet, gut or cook fish inside the camper. If any type of fish/seafood is found by sight or smell, $600 cleaning fee.
- No pets. If there is evidence of pets it could forfeit your deposit.
- I don't expect you to deep clean the camper. But I will charge an additional $100 cleaning fee if it isn't returned in a decent manner.
- Not allowed to be used at tailgating events, music concerts, or festivals.

Levi was great at communicating. The tv came stocked which was nice and it was very clean.
The lowest bunk bed isn’t super comfortable but it got the kids to sleep. We had a great trip, thanks!

Trash left in camper from previous renters. Coffee filters but no coffee maker. Through no fault of my own, the camper tire blew while on the highway. This knocked out the water lines so no bathroom, shower or kitchen sink was able to be used. Fortunately no one was hurt. Looks like that side has had a previous blowout and a possible bent axle.
Levi was absolutely wonderful to work with. His communications were timely and informative and he was super accommodating to our needs and requests. Levi set us up with everything we needed for a 6 week rental. We would definitely work with him again!
