We were first time RV vacationers. This RV was perfect size for a our family of 4 to be introduced to this experience! Anytime we had a question it was quickly answered.
Host was very nice, good communication and RV was as listed. However, price value vs CruiseAmerica was at least 30% more - not worth it for a nicer mattress and TV which wasn’t used.
Rv was clean and easy to use and drive. Only downside was the awning was broken and there is no satellite TV (despite the listing) but Pankaj was very easy to reach when I had several questions and the value of his RV was competitive. Thanks!

There may have been some miscommunication on my end regarding the awning situation and satellite TV. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than usual to fix the awning with the renter's insurance. Regarding satellite RV, the listing includes an add-on for it because it is a paid subscription.
Very clean and everything in working order. Pankaj was responsive, fair, and accommodating as our needs changed during the course of this rental.
