Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- If anything torn up by pets must be 100% replaced or paid for.
- Renters are responsible for double checking the items in and on the camper insuring everything is good at the beginning of the rental and the end.
- Renters make sure the weight limit isn’t exceed on the bunkhouse and that all kids safely use the area with care. No jumping, climbing excessively, no shoes on the beds.
- No paper are to be used in the toilets and sinks at all. Garbage cans are in the areas for the used toilet paper and paper towels.
