Michael delivered our RV and set it up for us. Everything seemed in fine shape, he told us there was some dust from previous customers but everything seemed normal. We enjoyed our weekend and cleaned the RV to look nearly the same as we left it, minus typical stuff like putting towels in a pile that were used and accumulated dust.
Thanks for the feedback. You weren't there when I delivered the RV, I patiently waited over 2 hours for someone to arrive so that I can go over the details of the RV & how to work everything. Finally one of your guests arrived & I went over the details with her.

Very informative from how the RV works, too how to pull it in a manner best for that particular RV. Explained everything in detail as well as set expectations so we new what to look forward to. No surprises here.

Michael was very informative, thorough, and most of all kind and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable with all the workings of the trailer, went through all steps to set up and even assisted us with making sure the trailer brakes were set correctly. I highly recommend renting from Michael as he makes the experience absolutely delightful!
