Always quick to respond whenever I had any questions and was very very helpful with anything I needed, pick up and drop off was very easy and orientation to the RV was efficient. The RV itself definitely has some wear and tear but that was understandable considering it’s a 2017. The AC works but it barely blows so it would get hot in the RV during the day.
My review is in two parts. the first part is about Bobby who was really responsive and tried his best to help when we had (several) issues with the RV. That one star is for the way he conducted himself even though he couldn’t help, but he tried.
Now about the RV, apart from minor issues (and there are plenty of them!) which makes you sound like a cheapskate in front of your family!
After 10 months of thinking we had a rental the rental had mechanical issues and was not rentable, no fault of the owner.
Charity and Bobby made it possible for us to continue our cross country vacation by preparing their RV in less than 24 hours. They were very responsive and easy to work with when needed. The RV fit our needs and we would absolutely rent from them again.

We were rented an RV that did not have the house power working off battery despite being told it did. Additionally, the grey tank was dangerously loose and not fully secured underneath the vehicle. It fell out of it's hold while we were parked for days (luckily not while moving) rendering it undrivable.
