The RV itself was overall fine. Our only issue was the generator never working for us. Apparently, when the temperature is over 100 degrees, it will not turn on. Even when we were plugged into a hook up area, the RV did not cool during the daytime hours. The only time we were able to be in the RV was after 8pm when the sun went down.
Jason was great, super helpful, and very communicative.
The owner said the RV had been sanitized, however; we found dirty sheets and towels (thank goodness we brought our own) in addition to dirty kitchen utensils. We weren’t informed about the hot water not working until the moment of pick up. As our group was dry camping, this was a big inconvenience.
The hot water does work. I informed you that it can be intermittent because it is a tankless water heater. As for dirty sheets, all sheets that are used and left in the showers are cleaned. If something that is left in the place we store it we do not wash again because at time of rental we instruct guests to leave used items in the showers.
We had an absolutely amazing experience; from the minute we picked up the RV until the moment we dropped it off. Amber and Jim went out of their way to make this a trip to remember. The RV was beautiful, clean and came with every amenity (and even more:)) you can imagine. It drove like a dream as well. Truly an A+ experience! Thank you Amber and Jim!
