Excellent experience! She was very fast to respond to our booking request which was very short notice. It was delivered, set up, and extremely easy all around! Very new and clean. Highly recommend.
Karen and Jamie were friendly and thorough. We are first time RV renters and they were available to help us with a campground water question late at night. The mattress was an upgrade from standard. Karen and Jamie provided a you tube link to a video that ran through camp site set up and tear down that really helped address some of the unknowns we had as first time renters.
I had never done a rental before. I was nervous, but Karen was amazing. The camper was perfect! The service was perfect! I can’t say enough about how smooth everything went and how grateful I am!
