The good: it was new and clean
The Bad: very slow communication when needed. Did not come with anti-Sway hitch, leveling blocks (was told by owner to use the stabilizer jacks to level RV). Outdoor cooktop did not work. Was charged a tank cleaning fee even though all tanks were emptied prior to leaving our campground.
It was a great unit clean and new. Great amenities and immediate response to all inquiries. Would rent again

Marcos was great. We asked if there was a coffee maker he said no. Then he said he bought one so we would have one. The RV was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a fun weekend. I would highly recommend dealing with Marcos
