Beautiful 2020 Grand Design RV with large master bedroom and bunk house. Bunk house has 4 bunks and a pull out couch for many sleeping options. - Site must have 50 AMP electrical hook up or we will not deliver
- You must use RV Safe toilet paper in the camper or you will be charged a $150 fee for the cleaning of the septic tanks
- We will no longer rent at sites without a water hookup. If you do not have a water hookup at your site, we will not fill tanks and leave camper.
- Any excessive cleaning required after pick up, can incur an additional cleaning fee up to $300.

Loved camping in Jason & Justine's 5th wheel. They communicated clearly, were easy to work with, and followed up quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend working with them!
Justine’s RV was absolutely wonderful. Even though I brought my own items it had everything u would need for a great outing. They actually took out the time to explain everything n even went over item that to help with safety. I would definitely rent this RV again
We really enjoyed this RV for our annual family and friends gathering. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very helpful during our last minute location change. We look forward to renting from them again.

We had an enjoyable experience renting the unit. Our only disappointment was the owner filed a claim for damage that we did not cause and believe the damage to be preexisting. We were not notified that a claim was going to be filed, nor was there any photo proof that the damage did not exist prior to us renting. I highly recommend purchasing the insurance to cover issues like this.
Hi Adam, I’m sorry you think that the damage was pre-existing. We had photos of the camper but nothing close up of the track the awning sits in since we never thought it would come out of the track. It’s also not a picture we normally take. We do have photos of the awning rolled up correctly at delivery though.
We loved staying in this camper for our weekend trip. Everything was setup and ready to go when we arrived and they had great communication with us when I messaged them. Highly recommend and will keep them in mind if we are In the area again.
