- I make best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However given that items can fail, I make no guarantee, especially during busy seasons. I will however let you know if something isn't working.
- If you have a pet, please make sure to watch them and don't leave them uncrated in the trailer alone for an extended period of time. Damages they make will come out of the security deposit.
- No smoking inside the trailer. If I smell evidence of smoke, I will take out $100 from the security deposit for an additional cleaning fee.
- Please don't leave awning open when it is raining or high winds. Also, when you go to bed or leave the trailer for an extended period of time, roll it in for change of weather can occur randomly.
- Please treat the trailer as if it were your own. Drive slow, be courteous, and return it as clean as you can.

This was my first time to rent a trailer or RV. I am fortunate to have chosen Emily's trailer. Her youtube videos were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable with the process. She was outside waiting on us as we pulled up. She gave a detailed explanation of the trailer setup. I would highly recommend Emily.
Working with Emily was such a pleasure! She delivered the camper promptly, set it up, and walked me through everything. She was also available to answer any questions during my stay. It was perfect for me and I truly enjoyed it!
This was our first RVShare Experience and Emily really helped throughout the entire process. Perfect camper for those with smaller kids who want to camp, but not suffer the heat all night. Definitely will be in contact again when our next trip is planned.
