This guy is a real life con artist!!! We had an agreement on how to deliver camper, on the day of he sends a message and says he is there when we are not even in the area to be able to pick it up at the time he demanded.
Kali, we agreed at 1pm. You didn’t let me know until I got there that you were 2 hours away. So I waited until 4:30 and you still didn’t show up. I didn’t con you, it’s written if you are late and don’t let me know, there’s a late fee.
We had many, many problems with this rental. First, the camper was delivered to us dirty. I had to clean the stove, the toilet, the floors and the fridge. There was trash and filth under the bench storage area. The oven was broken, the microwave was broken, the vent fan on the range was also broken.
I bent over backwards for you guy. Your drop off location was 3 1/2 hours one way and you guys had a power hookup at the campsite. I walked through the set up of the camper and functions with you guys and you had no issues when I dropped off and we don’t drop off generators when you guys have a campsite with power. Theres some people that you can never please.
This rental and the whole experience did not rate any stars. The rental was filthy, he didn’t bother to show up to show us how things worked. He charged us a prep fee and said himself he only looked in the door and it look okay. The privacy curtain was hanging by one hook, we tried to fix it but none of the other hooks worked.
We had rain that day and the camper has water streaks on it. The interior was very cleaned. There are some broken blinds for the back. Other than that, the spare tire is in the right place, and the hoses are all there. I tried explaining this to you but you were set on not picking up the camper.
I didn’t even pick up this rental and I’m still being charged. I understand I have to cancel 30 days prior but how does that help us who make a reservation intended to pick up 2 days later and find out the campsite I’m planning on going to is closed? I have no option to cancel at all? I’m just out $500 because RV Lease has no customer serviceI.

Spencer was timely in communication throughout the experience. The RV was dropped off and picked up on-time. Overall smooth experience.
