Both the dinette and the sofa open into beds, while the bunk house has 2 bunks (bed rails available) and a queen sized bed below. Great for a second family (or the in-laws). The master bedroom has a full length queen-sized bed as well.

- Pet rules: Pets must be crated if left unattended in trailer. Please do not allow your pets on our furniture or beds. Any damage, scratches, urine etc. will be deducted from your deposit.
- Gray/Black tanks: Monitor tank levels. Use only RV toilet paper provided. Do not flush wipes or feminine products - - Clogs found caused by misuse will forfeit deposit.
- Cleaning: Please do your part to clean up the camper to the condition you received it. Cleaning products are provided for you. No smoking allowed. Any signs of smoking inside will forfeit deposit.

We had a positive experience with this rental. The camper was perfect for our needs, lots of space for our extended family. The back room has a queen size bed and still room for a pack and play to go next to it and be able to shut the door. A little light on the kitchen supplies but the owner is new and is just getting started.
