Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking, vaping or drug use. Any evidence of the aforementioned including scent will result in a $500 loss in security deposit.
- No pets without prior approval and paid pet fee.
- If the trailer comes equipped with a roof ladder, all parties must stay off the ladder.
